| SANCTUARY ISLAND is a logical follow-up within the framework of our residential lakefront
developments over a 20 year period. These photographs represent a small number of completed
projects on Lake Manitou in Ivry-sur-le Lac in the Laurentians, Quebec, Canada. These two developments
collectively aggregate 4 Km of shoreline, are sold out in entirety, and to date, thirty (30) residences have
been completed.
